A&A Detailing Terms

1. Appointment Policy
All detailing appointments require a 20% non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. Deposits go toward the final cost of service and secure your appointment time. Appointments can be managed via the confirmation email, by signing into your account online, through our iOS or Android App, or by calling us directly.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
One reschedule is allowed at no cost
if made at least 24 hours in advance. Additional reschedules or late changes may forfeit the deposit. made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows result in the loss of the deposit.

3. Payment Policy
Remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and in-app payments. Additional charges may apply for extreme conditions (e.g., pet hair, biohazards, excessive dirt).

4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 12 hours of your appointment. We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly address any valid concerns.

5. Vehicle Condition
Please remove all personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. Heavily soiled vehicles may incur extra charges based on condition.

6. Liability
A&A Detailing is fully insured. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by fragile surfaces, rust, or aftermarket parts.

7. Weather Policy (for Mobile Services)
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather if no suitable covered space is available. Customers will be contacted to arrange alternate plans in such cases.

8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for appointment scheduling and customer communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
